Licensed Clinic Social Worker
Tairi Grace, LCSW
Tairi is a Licensed Clinic Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Aurora University. She specializes in children and adolescents - among her areas of expertise are sexual abuse and trauma.
Her therapeutic approach is based on ego pychology, intrapersonal neuroscience, and theory based on the client’s individual situation. Tairi is a 500-hour yoga instructor and 200-hour educator of yoga teachers.

Alissa Gawne, LCSW
Alissa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master in Social Work and training in chemical dependency from Aurora University. She specializes in anxiety, depression, and ADHD in children, adolescents, and young adults. Her therapeutic interventions include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness based practices (MCBT), DBT and ACT. Alissa believes in empowering the individual on their therapeutic journey to a healthier mindset. She is also a 200-hour trained yoga instructor.

Brianna Walczak, LSW
Brianna is a Licensed Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Aurora University. She has an extensive background in early childhood running care programs, with 5 years experience in behavior management in adolescence. She is a Mindfulness Program Director and Academic Advisor at Grace Holistic Center for Education. She utilizes mindfulness, CBT, DBT,and play therapy for children.

Jami Feeley, LSW
Jami is a Licensed Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Aurora University. Her enthusiastic, compassionate and holistic approach ensures that each client receives personalized and effective support. She offers individual counseling to children, adolescents, adults, and couples, specializing in anxiety, panic disorders, depression, stress, trauma recovery, and couples therapy. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, EFT and play therapy for children.​

Abriana Parker, LSW
Abriana is pursuing her Master of Social Work at Aurora University. She provides tailored counseling for all ages using evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, mindfulness and art/play therapy. With a focus on creating safe, supportive spaces, Abriana empowers clients to build accountability and achieve mental and emotional wellness. Her client-centered approach ensures each individual feels heard, valued, and equipped to thrive.

Sabrina Lorenzen
Sabrina has a strong foundation in evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. Her passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges is what drove her to social work. She has experience working with children and teens struggling with depression, anxiety, and emotional regulation. Sabrina is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where clients can build resilience, develop coping skills, and work toward personal growth.
